You will receive a tracking number on dispatch if opted for tracked shipping. Your local post office will pick up the tracking number for example initially you would check on Anpost then after two or three days if you still have not received your package you can check on Royal Mail if you are in the UK. Alternatively you can contact RewindPressPlay and we will be only too happy to assist.

A: Yes. We grade all our products within the description. Please see our grading system here.
Q: Will I be receiving the item as seen in photo.
A: Yes we photograph and upload all our products individually and grade them accordingly.
Q: Do you have a physical shop
A: No, but we are proud to say we do have a store on the Discogs platform selling cassette tapes and it has a 100% positive feedback. You can view on a secure link here
Q: Am I liable for any extra charges such as customs.
